We are currently seeking a Sr.
Program Manager on our Global Incident Investigations and Resolution Team, within Data Center Security.
The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, innovative, independent and results-oriented.
As a Senior PM, you will:
Work with key stakeholders across multiple organizations to define strategy and requirements to secure media assets within AWS Data CentersEstablish and manage operational metrics and provide written and verbal updates to leadershipInnovate process and tool features on behalf of our customers.
Own project roadmaps and lead implementation efforts in both the data center and in the office space.
Build process flows with stakeholders that achieves balance between enhancing security and enabling the operational teams to be effective in their day to day data center management.
Your job requires a high degree of judgement, the ability to negotiate and influence delivery across teams, and excellent communication skills.
About the teamThe team is the Data Center (DC) Incident, Investigation Resolution (I2R) team supporting DC Security and DC Operations (DCO).
I2R owns and resolves physical security investigations including but not limited to theft/loss, waste, fraud and abuse and security incidents.
I2R will provide supplemental support for situations involving data and media security, Workplace Incident Management (WIM) and other similar serious events that may create a risk to people, property or the security of customer data.
A dedicated and defined professional investigation process enhances our ability to protect our employees, assets and data.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
