Advisory Consultant is a customer facing growth role within the AWS Professional Services organization with a unique mix of sales and delivery skills.
The Sr.
Advisory Consultant works closely with AWS enterprise customers to understand their business challenges and helps create Professional Services engagements.
In engagements the advisory consultant acts as a spearhead consultant providing workshops, planning, and structured recommendations to customers on AWS platform adoption to secure successful migration & modernization deliveries.
This role is for an advisory consultant who will lead technical portfolio and application-level assessments and workshops with customers and AWS Partners focused on migrations to the cloud.
The consultant actively collaborates with AWS account team members, such as Account Managers and Solution Architects (pre-sales) and other key contacts to accelerate customer and AWS success.
The consultant also earns trust with other external organizations representing ProServe in communities, user groups, business forums and/or speaking events.
Advisory consultant are experienced hands-on, IT leaders and builders with obsession for customers and strong business acumen.
They are part of AWS Professional Services Customer Segment teams and travel to customer locations is required.
Key job responsibilitieso Formulate and execute strategies to accelerate customer outcomes through AWS Professional Services engagementso Define and execute migration strategies by working with technical and business teams within customer, AWS and partnerso Lead pre-sales architectural discussions and design workshops with customers, and understand customer's business and technical requirements deeplyo Develop Professional Services project proposals and collaborate across AWS to develop task plans, effort estimates, staffing plans, and delivery timelineso Guide and manage the delivery of strategic AWS Professional Services engagements leveraging experience in designing, building, and operating global IT infrastructureso Engage and build relationships with customer executives up to C-level to inspire, define and execute on Enterprise cloud migration strategies demonstrating thought-leadership and a 'can do' approach to enterprise migrationso Author or otherwise contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers and proof of conceptso Capture and share best-practice knowledge, sales and delivery content amongst the AWS Professional Services community.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
