, Human Resources) - Learning and Development (L&D) team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Leadership Development Specialist to join our team supporting the career and leadership development for our field-based Human Resource professionals.
We are looking for an action-oriented L&D professional with strong initiative who has worked on centralized/corporate L&D teams as their primary responsibility and who has broad expertise in creating (writing/authoring) leadership learning solutions for diverse audiences.
They will have an inventive spirit and lean into experimentation.
The ideal L&D professional will curate and maintain scalable leadership learning experiences.
They will have personally created leadership courses and/or programs from the ground-up.
The ideal candidate must have a consultant's spirit and excel at earning trust when working cross-functionally, possess great written and oral communication skills, demonstrate high standards, and deliver with the customer in mind.
They will have relevant experience in managing multiple projects, pivoting with agility when circumstances change or a new direction is set, and enjoying the challenges of a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The ideal L&D professional must bring to the role:
1) experience creating leadership development courses internally without the use of third-party vendors, 2) experience managing a suite of learning offerings for a geographically dispersed organization to include but not limited to scheduling, communications, and enrollment management activities, and 3) experience facilitating workshops and multi-day cohort-based learning programs (in-person and virtual).
Work is estimated to be 80% learning development/management and 20% facilitation.
Other duties and responsibilities involve assisting with virtual and off-site program logistics and administration to include but not limited to pilot tests, focus groups, site visits, learning summits and conferences, and classroom training.
This position requires up to 25% travel ( 4-5 days/month).
Key job responsibilitieso Develop, maintain, and administer leadership training offerings including in-person, virtual, self-paced, and train-the-trainer learning.
o Partner with the PXT L&D team and WW Operations - HR stakeholders to align on learning outcomes and learning experience design components to meet shared business goals and deliver scalable learning solutions.
o Partner with multimedia development peers to create or curate learning content to meet learning objectives.
o Develop and execute mechanisms to gather feedback on the impact of learning programs and translate those findings into continuous improvement activities to raise the bar.
o Maintain frequent project management updates and communicate progress to key stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
